About:

The Housing and Infrastructure Department is responsible for the maintenance, renovations, service, and construction of assets belonging to the USIB.  This includes housing, rentals, community buildings, water systems, vehicles, equipment, community gardens, and landscaping.

Meet our Housing & Infrastructure Coordinator, Maintenance Supervisor & Water System Operator, Mark McRae:

Mark is a journeyman heavy duty mechanic and a certified Small Water Systems Operator. Mark is primarily responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our water system. He is also responsible for small maintenance items on the USIB assets and coordinating the contractors for larger maintenance items.

Meet our Maintenance Worker, Alice Calder:

Alice is Mark’s right hand, assisting with all maintenance and landscaping work, office maintenance, and water systems. She can be spotted during the summer months with a weed-eater in her hands.
